SmartSlydr is compatible with sliding door/window sizes with a horizontal sliding panel that has a width between 18 inches to 60 inches. The total width of the sliding part of your door or window should be between 36 inches and 144 inches. You can set a timer from the Mobile App or by asking Smart Speaker to close the windows after the set time. With the Schedule option, SmartSlydr can open or close the door/window at the configured time. This can be very useful to refresh your home every day in the early morning and also while you are asleep. This functionality is very similar to a programmable thermostat in your home. No hub or extra device is needed. As long as you have decent 2.4Ghz WiFi network coverage and a Smartphone mobile app, SmartSlydr is capable of connecting to your home wifi network. And SmartSlydr does not require batteries or recharging. It works with a DC power adapter that is included. SmartSlydr is equipped with advanced sensors to detect abnormal force while opening and closing. It will send a notification through your smartphone app in the event there is any issue. For example, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit. This is all configured through our smartphone app. We offer a security feature if you want to set a pin code. Your smart home assistant will then start requesting your pin code before processing the open-door voice command.
